Dialecticaa global consulting firm connecting clients with industry expertsis seeking driven Market Research Associates to join a rapidly expanding team. This role is well-suited for ambitious intellectually curious professionals who enjoy problem-solving client interaction and exposure to diverse industries and markets.

As a Market Research Associate you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making for leading organizations. You will work at the frontline of client engagementsidentifying the right experts facilitating high-impact insight exchanges and ensuring clients get the insights they need to make informed business decisions.

What Youll Do

Assess and identify the most suitable industry experts based on client objectives and project requirements
Act as the primary liaison between clients and market specialists
Conduct targeted research across industries functions and geographies
Engage and recruit experts through structured outreach and relationship-building
Develop core consulting capabilities including stakeholder management negotiation time management and professional communication

What Were Looking For

03 years of professional experience
Undergraduate degree in any discipline
Fluency in English
