About the Role

QCL is seeking a seasoned Sales Partner to drive revenue growth through consultative selling and proactive business development. This is a remote commission-only (1099) role designed for experienced professionals who want flexibility autonomy and uncapped income potential.

This role requires approximately 1520 hours per week and offers a structured two-week onboarding program direct reporting to leadership and ongoing team collaboration.

You will be responsible for conducting sales calls generating new business opportunities and converting prospects into long-term clients.


Key Responsibilities & Income Highlights

  • Conduct consultative sales calls with qualified prospects

  • Generate new leads through LinkedIn email outreach networking and event sponsorships

  • Build and nurture your own pipeline alongside company-provided opportunities

  • Develop trusted relationships with small business owners and decision-makers

  • Utilize CRM and internal tools (training provided including )

  • Participate in mandatory weekly team sales meetings (Mondays & Thursdays)


Compensation Plan & Earnings Potential

Commission Structure:

  • 25% commission on each closed sale

  • Pure performance-based compensation (no salary but significant uncapped pay-outs for all on-going clients)

Year 1 Income Expectation:

  • Ramp-up period: approximately 90 days to consistent income flow

  • Expected first-year earnings: $100000 for those performing as outlined

  • Current sales partner income range: $75000 to $230000

Year 2 and Beyond Income Potential:

  • Established pipeline and recurring relationships significantly increase income velocity

  • Highly aggressive solo producers can reach $200000 annually without building a team

  • Income compounds as your book of business grows

1. Elite Solo Producer Path
For high-performing sales professionals who prefer autonomy:

  • Focus exclusively on closing business

  • Scale to multiple six-figure income through personal production

  • No team management required: manage your own time; deliver results based on your own performance

2. Sales Team Builder Path
For entrepreneurial leaders:

  • Recruit and mentor your own sales team

  • Earn override income in addition to personal commissions

  • Build leveraged scalable revenue beyond personal production to the point where you are no longer required to sell (and simply manage and lead) if that is what you desire!

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience
