About the Role
QCL is seeking a seasoned Sales Partner to drive revenue growth through consultative selling and proactive business development. This is a remote commission-only (1099) role designed for experienced professionals who want flexibility autonomy and uncapped income potential.
This role requires approximately 1520 hours per week and offers a structured two-week onboarding program direct reporting to leadership and ongoing team collaboration.
You will be responsible for conducting sales calls generating new business opportunities and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities & Income Highlights
Conduct consultative sales calls with qualified prospects
Generate new leads through LinkedIn email outreach networking and event sponsorships
Build and nurture your own pipeline alongside company-provided opportunities
Develop trusted relationships with small business owners and decision-makers
Utilize CRM and internal tools (training provided including )
Participate in mandatory weekly team sales meetings (Mondays & Thursdays)

Ramp-up period: approximately 90 days to consistent income flow
Expected first-year earnings: $100000 for those performing as outlined
Current sales partner income range: $75000 to $230000
Year 2 and Beyond Income Potential:
Established pipeline and recurring relationships significantly increase income velocity
Highly aggressive solo producers can reach $200000 annually without building a team
