Company Description

The position is within theStructured Finance Groupand we are looking for an Associate that thrives in managing multiple deals within a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collegial group.

Structured Finance Group advises on the design execution and placement of residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and asset-backed securities (ABS) including highly specialized and esoteric ABS products.

Location:New York or Los Angeles

Responsibilities

Associate with 2-7 years of experience with structuring execution and selling of residential mortgage-backed commercial mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities including esoteric ABS as well as CLOs repackagings re-securitizations and other financings.
Candidates must be highly motivated and have superior client service skills.
Must be a member of the Bar in a U.S. State
