HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned highly skilled Founding Finance & BizOps Leader on behalf of a valued client partner in the AI-native finance venture capital and financial services sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this Founding Finance & BizOps Leader opportunity.

We are seeking a highly autonomous builder who can create the finance and business operations function from the ground up. This role requires a first-principles thinker who can design systems own strategic initiatives build scalable workflows and operate effectively in a high-intensity founding team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead foundational Finance and Business Operations functions from zero-to-one
• Design internal workflows reporting structures and operating systems aligned to rapid company growth
• Develop complex financial models for planning forecasting scenario analysis and strategic decision-making
• Own high-priority Finance and BizOps initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Build internal tools and automations using AI coding tools no-code / low-code platforms and process systems
• Partner closely with engineers to refine scale and productionize internal systems
• Establish budgeting rhythms KPI dashboards and performance management frameworks
• Improve company operating cadence through structured planning metrics and accountability systems
• Support leadership on strategic decisions growth planning and special projects
• Help shape a high-performance talent-dense operating culture

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• 25 years of experience in Strategic Finance Business Operations Consulting Investment Banking or related analytical operating roles
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm private equity fund investment bank or elite operating environment
• Proven track record building systems processes or workflows from 0 to 1
• Advanced financial modeling skills with ability to build models from scratch
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools automation tools or low-code platforms to build internal systems
• Strong first-principles thinking and independent problem-solving ability
• High ownership mindset with comfort operating autonomously in ambiguous environments
• Ability to thrive in high-intensity fast-paced settings including demanding schedules
• Degree from a top-tier or target university preferred
• Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• Finance or BizOps experience at high-growth venture-backed startups
• Experience at MBB consulting firms or top-tier private equity funds
• Prior founding team or early-stage startup experience
• Experience implementing finance systems dashboards or planning tools from scratch
• Technical fluency working with engineers and product teams
• Strong understanding of venture capital financial services or consulting business models
• Ability to scale internal operations rapidly without adding unnecessary complexity
