Our ideal candidate for Future Team Leader will have a minimum of2 years travel consulting experiencealong with buckets of ambition and aninsatiable appetite for making solid relationships and delivering impeccable service to successfully combine travel management and a new career step into leadership.

What youll be doing:

• Assisting Team Leader with motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team
• Supporting your Team Leader with the vision and focus of your team
• Consistent sales performance (transferring above cost of seat)

Assisting and supporting your Team Leader in all aspects of the FCM business environment; including:

• Customer service and satisfaction
• Implementation and adherence to the FCMdaily weekly and monthly systems
• Achievement of financial results and KPIs
• Facilitating ongoing training for all team members
• Nurturing team members development
• Caretaker role in Team Leader absence
• Maintaining communication between team members
• Maintaining an overall positive office environment

What youll need:

• Leads by example and ability to motivate others
• Attentive to staff and client needs
• Embrace company philosophy values and change
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage change and exceptional customer service
• Ability to handle high volumes of business
• The drive determination and focus to co-lead a successful business
• Minimum 2 years proven sales ability with consistent figures in a travel manager or travel consultant role
• GDS proficiency with Amadeus highly regarded
