DescriptionProcess Mining and Data Analyst
As a Process Mining and Data Analyst you will be part of the Transformation Group EU reporting to one of the Area Leads. The Transformation Group EU is responsible for the transformation related to process product and systems in the region Europe and will work closely with local country operations to achieve goals:
- Deliver new strategic capabilities aligned with strategic priorities
- Improve and standardize processes products data and technology
- Ensure Business Continuity
- Lifecycle Management Information Security regulatory compliance.
As a Process Mining and Data Analyst you are all about delivering value with our Process Mining and our other data products.
The goal of the team you will be part of is to drive the adoption of Process Mining and our journey towards data-driven process improvements. You will do this in close collaboration with other analysts and operational members in the central EU team and local country members. Supported by data the goal is to understand process challenges (in terms of e.g. customer experience cost throughput time waste) & translating these into actionable insights and supporting other members in the journey of implementing process improvements.

Day to day:
Process Mining & Data Analysis for Value Creation:
- Analysis of data in support of decision making on products and services in the context of further standardization and removing non-value add variances
- Derive improvement measures and initiate improvement actions based on data analysis;
- Discover and translate priorities into high-impact Process Mining use cases;
- Enable value creation of our data products by performing (Process Mining) analysis with local teams;
Community & Governance:
- Facilitate business value workshops and use Process Mining to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement;
- Cooperate with Business Change & Process Owners and Product Owners on continuous measurement processes and creating insight in process flows.
- Cooperate with Market OPS functions on creating insights in actual usage of process flows deviating from the designed flow including root cause analysis.
- Connect and align with other user groups within DLL and Rabobank on specific analysis tooling (a.o. Celonis PowerBI)
Agile working:
- As a member of the Data Analysis and Process Mining scrum team deliver value based on quarterly goals.

Essentials:
- Proven experience in an analytical role in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures;
- Proven experience of a self-starting mindset while being aligned with team goals / directions.
- Proven change management skills and able to enthusiastically drive and lead a CoP.
- Process Mining and PowerBI experience.
- Strong ability to design and implement dashboards from an end-user perspective.
- Ability to analyze data and present it in a way that it tells a story.
- Experience in supporting an organization to become more data literate.
- Excellent Analytical skills and Helicopter view.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English.
Extras:
- Knowledgeable of financial industry and especially of vendor finance business model
- Experience working in an international environment.
- (Lean and SixSigma) Process Management mindset (preferably BlackBelt)
