Job Title: Data Center Facility Solution Manager (m/f/d)

Job Location: The Hague Netherlands

Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Center Solutions Manager with relevant experience in analyzing hyperscale or edge data center project tender requirements and developing competitive concept design solutions for low-voltage electrical or cooling system terminals based on our existing product portfolio.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of European data center industry standards and be able to contribute to solution design by applying relevant technical knowledge. The candidate should be capable of clearly explaining the key value of our solutions to clients or consulting firms and demonstrate strong technical communication skills to support solution implementation and client alignment.

This position requires solid technical fundamentals and practical industry experience enabling the candidate to understand client requirements translate technical solutions into business value and support the company in project acquisition through well-prepared technical proposals and effective communication in a competitive market.

Business travel within the European region is required (approximately 30%).

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead Technical Marketing Conduct pre-bid technical consultations with clients and consulting firms accurately guiding customer requirements and embedding core value propositions.

• Bid Strategy Development Conduct in-depth analysis of tender technical requirements to formulate competitive strategies and differentiated solutions.

• Technical Solution Design Collaborate with R&D and design teams to support high-level system selection and technical solution development.

• Value Proposition Packaging Systematically extract technical highlights and commercial value to produce professional client-facing technical materials.

• Bid Proposal Preparation Oversee technical proposal compilation to ensure completeness accuracy and competitiveness of solutions.

• Technical Negotiation Support Lead bid clarification processes and provide professional technical response support.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with data center power distribution system architecture (HVAC / MV / LV).

• Familiar with key equipment selection including high/low voltage switchgear transformers UPS PDUs etc.

• Knowledge of data center standards (TIA-942 Uptime Tier) and application of electrical codes (IEC/EN/NEC) in data center environments.

• Experience with BIM collaborative design tools such as Revit and AutoCAD Electrical.

• Understanding of integrated design between cooling systems and electrical systems.

• Excellent command of English is required; Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
