BDC Representative Role
As a BDC (Business Development Center) Representative youll generate business by handling inbound and outbound calls engaging potential customers and setting sales/service appointments to strengthen customer relationships.
Daily Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and past customers.
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Follow scripts for effective communication.
- Log all interactions in PBS CRM.
- Set sales and service appointments.
Key Performance Metrics
- Appointment Setting Rate Successful appointments booked.
- Call Volume Meeting/exceeding daily targets.
- Conversion Rate Turning calls into sales/service visits.
- CRM Compliance Accurate logging of calls and notes.
- Customer Satisfaction Quality interactions based on feedback.
Ideal Candidate
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong phone skills friendly demeanor.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Bilingual candidates may qualify for a higher rate.
Preferred (not required): Experience with CRM systems (PBS)& Google Workspace.
