Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead and grow an established location for our organization. This role combines leadership sales operations and customer service in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
Essential Functions
- Manage branch performance including sales profits and operational efficiency.
- Lead train and develop inside and outside sales teams warehouse and production staff.
- Make sales calls maintain key customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management order delivery production quality and workflow efficiency.
- Analyze financial performance including EBITA and set branch goals.
- Monitor daily operations reinforce safety programs and perform cycle counts.
- Communicate effectively with corporate departments and provide monthly performance reports.
- Recruit hire and maintain a motivated high-performing workforce.
Experience Education and Skills
- 5 years branch management experience in industrial distribution or related field.
- 2 years experience managing and developing staff.
- Strong financial acumen and accountability for branch EBITDA.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced challenging environment.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and lean business practices preferred.
