Overview

Location: 65 N 1150 Hurricane Utah 84737 (On-Site)

On-Call: We are looking for someone who is looking for a position with flexible hours looking to pick up shifts when available!

Kitchen hours open
- Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 7:00pm
- Saturday - Sunday: 8:00am - 7:00pm

Embarks Stabilization and Assessment program is a residential treatment center dedicated tohighly acuteadolescents. The program specializes in the stabilization and assessment ofadolescent boys ages 12 to 17 and their families.

Responsibilities

Prepare meals for the duration of your shift including breakfast lunch or dinner for clients and staff.
Prepare mid-meal snacks ensuring food is always readily available.
Assist in food preparation and storage.
Oversee the overall cleanliness orderliness and safety of the kitchen.
Prepare food ahead of time for the following days menu.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Independent skilled cooks who enjoy having an autonomous work environment.
People with a servant heart who enjoy having a purpose behind the food they make.
Skill in preparation of a variety of foods.
Ability to adapt to special dietary needs of the clients.

Required:

Minimum of two years of cooking experience.
A current Food Handlers Permit and a valid Drivers License.
Knowledge of health codes and proper sanitation.
