Embarks Stabilization and Assessment program is a residential treatment center dedicated tohighly acuteadolescents. The program specializes in the stabilization and assessment ofadolescent boys ages 12 to 17 and their families.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals for the duration of your shift including breakfast lunch or dinner for clients and staff.
- Prepare mid-meal snacks ensuring food is always readily available.
- Assist in food preparation and storage.
- Oversee the overall cleanliness orderliness and safety of the kitchen.
- Prepare food ahead of time for the following days menu.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Independent skilled cooks who enjoy having an autonomous work environment.
- People with a servant heart who enjoy having a purpose behind the food they make.
- Skill in preparation of a variety of foods.
- Ability to adapt to special dietary needs of the clients.
Required:
- Minimum of two years of cooking experience.
- A current Food Handlers Permit and a valid Drivers License.
- Knowledge of health codes and proper sanitation.
