Job Description
We are currently assisting a client in Southfield Michigan with a direct hire opportunity for a Sales Administrative Assistant and we are looking to connect with qualified Chinese (Mandarin) speaking candidates who may be interested.
This is a full-time in-office position (MondayFriday 8am5pm) offering a competitive salary benefits and PTO.
The role involves supporting multiple Account Managers with:
- Preparing proposals presentations and reports (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Processing RFQs and submitting quotes
- Interacting with customers and principals
- Tracking shipments logistics and part numbers
- Providing general sales and office support
Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 3 years of clerical or sales support experience
- Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking) and simplified Chinese (reading and writing)
- Some interpreting and/or translation experience preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Automotive industry experience preferred
