Job Summary

Job Description: Administrative Assistant at Panno Realty

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls organize and schedule appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Book travel arrangements and coordinate meetings.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or related position.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in real estate industry is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $25 - $27 per hour.
  • Currency: USD.
