Location: Savannah GA

Schedule: Days Monday Friday
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Up to $122000 commensurate with experience
Sign-On & Relocation: Available on a case-by-case basis
Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Nurse Manager Labor and Deliveryfor an exciting job in Savannah GA.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Ensure effective unit operations through proactive staffing resource management and workflow optimization
Quality & Policy Development: Collaborate on evidence-based policies that enhance maternal and fetal safety
Staff Mentorship: Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team promoting clinical excellence
Patient Advocacy: Ensure compassionate care that meets the complex needs of high-risk obstetric patients
Qualifications:
Education: BSN required; Masters preferred
Licensure: Current Georgia RN License or Compact/Multi-State License
Experience:
3 years RN experience in Labor & Delivery
Proven supervisory or clinical leadership in a high-volume L&D setting
Certifications: Current AHA BLS ACLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
