Rehabilitation Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Provide day-to-day direction and support to therapy staff
- Help create schedules and manage caseloads
- Mentor clinicians and support professional growth
- Assist with hiring onboarding and performance reviews
- Ensure residents receive high-quality person-centered therapy
- Jump in to treat patients as needed
- Help manage complex cases and discharge planning
- Monitor outcomes and adjust programs for success
- Oversee documentation and regulatory compliance (Medicare/PDPM)
- Track productivity and department performance
- Coordinate with nursing and administration
- Prepare for surveys and audits
- Look for ways to improve services and resident outcomes
- Support census growth and community relationships
- Promote a team culture thats positive respectful and collaborative
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Graduate of an accredited program
- At least 3 years of clinical experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for working with older adults
- Previous SNF experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of PDPM and skilled nursing regulations
- Experience with electronic medical records
