Job Summary
Responsibilities
Under the general direction of the manager or designee perform a variety of duties including basic care personal hygiene mobility nutritional support maintain patient environment and provide assistance to staff in carrying out other related duties.
Qualifications
Must be part of an affiliated/approved co-op program. CNA certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. CPR certification is required.

Pay Range
USD $15.45 - USD $19.57 /Hr.
Rotation Schedule Requirement
May work weekends and holiday per need of the schedule
