About the Role
As Site Manager you will have overall responsibility for the management and maintenance of the school premises. Your key duties will include:

• Overseeing the safety security and smooth running of the school site including buildings grounds and facilities.

• Managing and supervising a team of facilities staff including caretakers and cleaning teams.

• Planning and coordinating maintenance schedules repairs and improvement projects.

• Managing contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery of services.

• Monitoring health and safety compliance including fire safety risk assessments and safeguarding requirements.

• Supporting school events including setting up venues equipment and signage.

• Maintaining accurate records logs and reports related to site management.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in site management facilities or building maintenance ideally in an educational setting.

• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.

• Excellent organisational leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities work independently and motivate a team.

• Practical skills in maintenance DIY and general site management.
