Job Title: Project Finance Controller
Job Location: Munich Germany
Main Responsibilities:
Project Financial Management: Support the financial management lifecycle of various projects including the development of project budgets ongoing financial forecasting and regular performance analysis against established targets.
Business Collaboration: Work closely with project managers sales procurement and delivery teams to monitor project financial health identify variances and support decision-making that aligns with financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all project financial activities adhere to company financial management policies and internal control regulations. Assist in preparing timely and accurate financial reports for internal stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and reporting within project controlling contributing to greater efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher in Finance Economics Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis controlling or project finance preferably within a project-oriented business.
Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail. Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams including those located remotely across Germany (with occasional business travel).
A proactive and results-driven approach with a focus on delivering accurate and timely financial information.
Fluent in English and German is highly preferred. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
