Priority Location: South Africa and Philippines
Working Hours: (Mon - Fri) US Central Time
Salary Range: $1500 USD ($) per month

The position requires working hours aligned with US Central Time to allow for close collaboration with the Executive Director.
The Executive Assistant will receive:

About the Role:
We are seeking an organized proactive and dependable Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director (ED) of a summer camp organization. This person will provide administrative communication and project support to streamline the EDs workload.
The desired outcomes are reducing administrative drag improving follow-through and helping turn ideas decisions and open loops into completed action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbox: Manage and organize the Executive Directors inbox including flagging priorities drafting responses and helping ensure timely follow-up
- Project Set Up: Get projects started so ED isnt starting from scratch (research gather resources create first drafts or templates).
- Close Loops: Execute on decisions carry a project to completion once EDs work is done and communication and follow-up tasks.
- Daily Sync Meeting: Project updates whats new whats old action items email/calendar review and pending questions.
- Website live chat: Initial point person for responses to website users answer straightforward questions steer users to speak with someone on the phone at camp.
- Assist with onboarding and customer interactions .
Key Outcomes:
- Hold ED accountable to project deadlines
- Limit time that other people are waiting on ED for a decision or action
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Native English
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Enjoy crossing off a list/getting tasks done
- Direct communication (can lead a meeting with the ED and drive the agenda)
- Experience with G Suite HubSpot and customer database software specific to summer camps.
- Administrative and general office management experience
Appreciated Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting an executive founder business owner or senior leader
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Basic design ability using Canva or similar tools
- Good judgement/prioritization
Examples of Additional Projects:
- Building Golden Oldie Memory Books for sixth year campers
- Media support
- Identifying great photos/video clips
- Filtering what gets sent to parents during the summer
- Building and documenting organizational SOPs
What Success Looks Like:
The right person will make the Executive Director more effective by protecting time reducing clutter increasing follow-through and making it easier for projects to move from idea to execution.
