Delivery Consultant – Spanish, Portuguese & English Required

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Consultant to join our dynamic this pivotal role you will work with restaurants operating in multiple international markets supporting clients across different regions and languages.

Because we serve a global portfolio of restaurants this role requires professional fluency in Spanish Portuguese and English enabling you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and support clients in their local markets.

In this role you will:

• Own a Portfolio: Manage a portfolio of restaurant clients acting as their trusted advisor and strategic partner. You will be responsible for the Delivery Channel of our customers (aka Heroes in theRest) while supporting them with any other solution they might need.
• Drive Client Success: Implement best-in-class delivery strategies optimize operational workflows and improve overall restaurant performance.
• Build Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain excellent relationships with restaurant owners managers and key stakeholders through proactive communication in Spanish Portuguese and English.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data to identify areas for improvement develop actionable insights and track progress towards achieving client goals.
• Process Improvement: Design and implement standardized processes and best practices to streamline delivery operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and competitive landscapes to provide the most effective and up-to-date solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: 3 years of experience in a high-performance consulting or tech environment preferably within the food and beverage hospitality or on-demand delivery sectors.
• Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks manage deadlines and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Analytical & Data-Driven: Highly analytical and data-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel is essential.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve ambitious goals with a strong work ethic and a proactive hands-on approach.
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Spanish Portuguese and English is required as this role supports clients across multiple international markets.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Flexible Schedule: Employees have the freedom to manage their own time with a focus on meeting deliverables. Standard working hours are approximately 9:30 to 18:30.
• Short Fridays: We finish at 13:30 every Friday.
