Job Summary
Apply your commercial and technical expertise by developing targeted technical solutions and products in the field of technical foams working in close collaboration with our international industrial customers.
To strengthen our international development team in Eynatten we are looking for a
DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of new products and solutions taking customer requirements and production capabilities into account;
- Determination of the technical and economic feasibility of the solutions;
- Design of extrusion tools (CAD SolidWorks);
- Coordination and monitoring of trials from the development phase through to transfer into series production;
- Calculation and monitoring of manufacturing and development costs;
- Identification of needs and development of new product ideas;
- Support for the sales department.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification;
- Professional experience in project management is an advantage;
- Basic knowledge of thermoplastics and experience with SolidWorks;
- Basic commercial knowledge or experience;
- Excellent knowledge of German and French as well as good knowledge of English.
