Position Overview:

We are hiring motivated and energetic Entry Level Event Staff to assist with the setup execution and breakdown of events in Charlotte NC. This on-site role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented reliable and eager to gain hands-on experience in event operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces including equipment signage and displays.
Greet and assist attendees providing directions and basic event information.
Support the event team with logistical tasks during events.
Help maintain a clean safe and organized event environment.
Distribute materials merchandise or promotional items as needed.
Communicate with team members to ensure smooth event operations.
Report issues or concerns to supervisors promptly
