Job Summary
Job Purpose: The Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) role has a specially focused nursing knowledge and skills in providing clinical and professional leadership in the perioperative environment. The CNM1 will contribute to the improvement of the quality of patient care within the theatre department through the implementation of nursing policies and procedures participation in nursing practice development programmes and through the education and mentorship of junior staff.
