About the role

Were looking for a driven and peoplefocused SDR Assistant Team Manager to play a key role in leading our highperforming Sales Development team at Corporate this role youll support the SDR Team Manager help guide and develop a group of talented SDRs and directly contribute to generating profitable business opportunities.

Youll take ownership of your own sales pipeline while helping the team hit key targets around turnover appointments and outbound activity. This role blends leadership sales strategy coaching and handson business development. Youll be an ambassador for Corporate Traveller - both internally and externally - showcasing our value to prospective clients and building strong networks that drive longterm growth.

This position is hybrid requiring you to be in our London Bankside office at least 3 days per week supporting team collaboration coaching and performance delivery.

Key areas youll focus on include:

  • Hitting personal and team KPIs around turnover and appointment generation
  • Supporting and deputising for the Team Manager including running weekly business meetings
  • Building strong referral networks and driving new business opportunities
  • Leading by example through exceptional conversion of client appointments into revenue
  • Providing highquality administration and CRM management to support the full sales process
  • Supporting the development of team members from onboarding to ongoing upskilling

About you

Youre a proactive engaging and commercially minded sales leader who loves developing people just as much as you enjoy winning new business. You understand what it takes to run your own business within a businessdriving performance creating opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

To be considered for this role you must have at least 6 months experience working for Corporate Traveller with a strong understanding of our systems culture and sales approach.

  • Adaptability and versatility youre comfortable attending events or supporting initiatives outside core hours when needed

  • Exceptional communication skills both over the phone and in-person with professional presentation
  • The ability to understand customer needs and translate them into impactful travel solutions
  • Confidence in negotiations and navigating the full sales cycle
  • Solid business acumen including understanding financial targets and Microsoft Office tools
  • Motivation to inspire others and foster a positive highperforming team environment

Experience & Behaviours

  • Minimum 6 months experience within Corporate Traveller in a sales or clientfacing capacity
  • Proven experience in sales development business development or similar commercial role
  • Ability to selfgenerate leads through networking cold calling and strategic outreach
  • Comfortable running client meetings presenting solutions and driving conversions
  • A positive proactive approachenthusiastic about championing CTs values and contributing to team culture
  • Passion for continuous improvementboth for yourself and for those you support
