In this context we are looking for a Back Office Services Assistant (F/M) on a Fix-Term contract (until 31.12.2026) for our offices in Madrid.
Grow with us - Your Responsibilities :
Processing orders invoicing and handling incoming calls
Creating contracts registering new suppliers and monitoring key accounts
Coordinating with the field sales team
Preparing daily weekly monthly and annual reports
Assisting the department manager
What will convince us :
Bachelor Degree and at least two years of successful experience in customer service
Autonomous and wellorganized you demonstrate strong adaptability
Your English level allows you to communicate easily both in writing and orally
You must be proficient in SAP particularly the Service Module as well as other management software
