Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following:
Bachelors degree in Civil Structural or Architectural Engineering
Professional degree in Architecture
Registered Building Inspector or General Contractor license
4 years of threshold inspection training under a Special Inspector
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors in Civil Engineering
EIT BN CGC PE or RA license
Experience in concrete restoration
Knowledge of Florida Building Code (FBC) ASCE AISC and ACI
Key Responsibilities
Perform special inspections on restoration and new construction projects
Inspect swing stages and scaffolding (training provided if needed)
Assist with construction administration (shop drawings submittals RFIs field observations)
Participate in project meetings with clients and internal teams
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution
Ideal candidates are organized technically strong and comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering environment.
