Rutgers Community Arts invites applications for various summer 2026 coadjutant positions in Rutgers Summer Arts Institute. Positions include Instructors and Day and Residential Specialists. Instructors may teach individual classes masterclasses or workshops to pre-college students in middle and high school for MGSA Departments: Art & Design Dance Filmmaking and Music. Day and Residential Specialists are responsible for supervising students registered in our programs and are required to work on site for the duration of that contract. Residential Specialists are required to reside on campus for duration of the contract. All hires must comply with all university policies and procedures and complete the Rutgers Protection of Minors training.
