Job Summary

Clows Metal Casting Facility has an opening for a 1st shift Iron Coresetter.

1st Shift- 5am-3:30pm

Starting Wage: $24.60; Qualified Wage: $24.90

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Retrieval of cores
Prepare drag and cope; blow debris from molds.
Loading of cores into molding machine
Use of hoist
General clean-up of area.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Frequent lifting/carrying of up to 10 lbs some lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Frequent lifting greater than 40 times per hour.
Bending/ twisting/ and standing for greater than 8 hours.
Ability to read and write and understand training and instruction.
Ability to work in extreme heat.
Must be able to utilize and work around moving machinery.
Must be able to utilize proper PPE including: respirator metatarsal guarded boots eye protection hearing protection apron gloves and sleeves.
