Bank Transactions & Reconciliation Accountant

As part of the Group Shared Services organization the Accountant is responsible for the complete and accurate processing of all bankrelated transactions for several Schréder entities ensuring proper reconciliation compliance and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily download verification and posting of all bank transactions for multiple Schréder entities.
• Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations identifying and resolving discrepancies and clearing the Balance Sheet accounts
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany cash movements.
• Follow up on outstanding items and proactively liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure proper clearing.
• Support the monthend and yearend closing process related to cash and bank accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls Group procedures and audit requirements.
• Provide adhoc support to the Accounting and Treasury teams when required.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar accounting or cashmanagement role.
• Good understanding of bank processes reconciliations and accounting principles.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Well organized detailoriented and reliable.
• Autonomous proactive and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
