Job Summary
To oversee all SMT manufacturing operations ensuring highquality PCBA output ontime production scheduling efficient resource utilization and adherence to automotive quality systems. This role demands strong SMT technical knowledge leadership capability and a continuousimprovement mindset to maintain efficient costeffective and safe operations.
Qualifications :
Bachelors / Masters degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
Additional Information :
Technical:
- Manufacturing Experience in SMT
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing / Digitalization.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
