Your experience
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience of 8 years of progressive experience in application development solution architecture and technical consultancy with significant hands-on expertise in Power Platform and full stack development
- Demonstrable experience in leading designing developing and deploying enterprise-scale solutions using Power Platform including Power Apps Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents/CoPilot Studio
- Working experience in Azure AI Foundry will be added advantage
- In-depth knowledge of AI LLM models and Gen AI tools with a proven track record of integrating these technologies into business solutions.
- Strong experience with modern development tools (e.g. Visual Studio 2019) cloud platforms (O365 Azure) and DevOps toolchains (ADO GitHub)
- Extensive experience in database design optimisation and integration particularly with SQL Server and cloud databases
- Understanding of and hands-on experience in any Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools
- Expert understanding of Object-Oriented Programming design patterns and architectural best practices with the ability to apply these hands-on.
- A good understanding of the Applications Lifecycle Management (ALM) with full lifecycle experience from design through development testing and deployment of the solutions.
- Strong leadership mentoring and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels while remaining hands-on in technical delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of engaging with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in driving Agile/SAFe adoption and delivering projects in a scaled Agile environment.
- Flexible to work across multiple time zones including India and UK business hours as required
Education and Experience
- Requires Bachelors in Engineering or computer science (MSc or MTech is preferred) and strong relevant professional experience
