Job Summary
Position Overview :
The Bank is undertaking a major strategic transformation aimed at aligning its Information Systems with Group IT standards. As part of this programme BGL BNP Paribas will migrate its existing CI/CD tool chains to the unified cloudbased toolchain of the Group. To support this initiative we are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager with strong experience in Cloud DevOps and Continuous Deployment environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend migration of local tool chains toward the Group ITG toolchain ensuring full alignment with governance and architectural standards.
- Oversee the design and implementation of cloud infrastructures on dMZR (BNPP Cloud) adopting InfrastructureasCode methodologies for optimal reliability and compliance.
- Drive program governance: planning steering committees progress reporting risk and dependency management budget oversight and documentation.
- Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders including local IT teams and Group entities to secure synchronization across all phases of the program.
- Ensure the successful delivery of all transformation activities within scope quality cost and timeline expectations.
Qualifications :
Required Expertise:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience managing largescale IT or Cloud transformation programs.
- Proven leadership in DevOps CI/CD and clouddriven environments.
- Strong technical understanding of CI/CD platforms IaC and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in complex multistakeholder environments.
