Job Summary
We are looking for a Specification of Requirements Procurement Support to join our team and support an important customer in the automotive sector.
He/she will be able to assume the following activities:
Procurement process
- Interface with Requisitioners to collect needs
- Support Purchase Requisition SAP release
- Support Requisitioners in Internal Tracking: material delivery contract status service fulfilment invoice approval
- Specific support required for transportation procurement and management
Financial Month End Closure:
- Provide monthly accruals
- Review suppliers feedback and check with requisitioner service and material delivery status
- Provide background information to Finance in case of discrepancies with Actuals and Forecast data
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related.
- 1-2 years experience in Program Engineering Finance or related functions
- Knowledge of Economics
- Capability to manage and solve issues
- Good English and Italian both written and spoken
- Team working and good communication skills
