Job Summary
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Night Manager you will be responsible for assisting to cross check and balance work completed during the day:
- Assist guests with all enquiries made in the overnight shift.
- Check guests in and out accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork is attached.
- Assist with other closing of accounts and other related tasks for the end of day processes.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Experience in Front Office or Finance operations preferably in a Hotel environment
- Knowledge in Hotel systems such as OPERA cloud
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work overnights weekends and public holidays
- Strong time management and ability to multitask
- Highly trustworthy and reliable
