ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate as a trusted finance business partner within the R&D org including interacting with senior executives and their respective management teams.
- Manage all aspects of spending for the organization including but not limited to expense management quarterly/annual forecasts variance analysis monthly close and management reporting.
- Drive key analysis on expense trends and metrics.
- Support R&D consolidation reporting process and quarterly executive package for summarizing and analyzing R&D spending.
- Work closely with business partners in utilizing Clarity PPM (project budgeting tool).
- Focus on process enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives for R&D organization.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting with progressive and relevant experience
- Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partner
SKILLS
- Exhibits solid communication collaboration and presentation skills
- Team focused with good interpersonal skills
- Systems and tools skills required: SmartView Oracle Excel and PowerPoint
- MBA preferred but not required
