AECOM is seeking a Science Intern to be based in Chelmsford MA.
This position is expected to begin June 2026.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Internships are designed to introduce and build essential hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.
- Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad well-rounded learning experience within their field of study.
- Intern will assist with collection of field data reporting and generating GIS based mapping alongside AECOM field and office-based staff.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors Degree program from an institution in Geology Environmental Science Ecology Geography/Regional Planning Geographic Information Systems or other relevant field of study.
- Must have completed at least 3 years of study at the time of the internship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using ESRI ArcGIS software packages.
- Experience using AutoCAD/Civil 3D design software.
