Reception daynight Part-time

For our reception team we are looking for a flexible proactive and enthusiastic Front Office Employee for both day and night shifts. Together with your colleagues you ensure that our guests feel completely at home from the moment they arrive until their departure.

As a Front Office Employee (Day/Night) you are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a friendly and efficient check-in and check-out. You welcome guests verify reservations prepare room keys and process addition you assist guests with specific requests or questions both in person and over the phone. During a night shift you will also be responsible for accurately processing and completing the Night Audit.

You also play an important role in informing guests about the ALL Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and see it as a challenge to encourage every guest to become a member. You have the skills to turn any problem into a positive guest experience.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for someone who is curious sociable and flexible. Someone who stays calm and keeps an overview while also having a strong eye for addition to your enthusiasm and focus on excellent service you meet the following requirements:

• You enjoy positively surprising guests and making them feel welcome;
• MBO level of working and thinking;
• At least one year of experience in a similar role;
• You are flexible and comfortable working an irregular schedule;
• You are a true team player but can also work independently;
• You have a strong sense of responsibility;
• You are able to communicate with our guests in both Dutch and English;
• Experience with OPERA would be a big plus.
