You will join our Sound United Business Unit with iconic brands like Bowers & Wilkins Denon Marantz Polk Audio Definitive Technology Classé and Boston Acoustics based in Eindhoven in the Netherlands in the position of:
Spare Parts Purchaser

What You Will Do:
- Purchase Spare Parts by placing weekly orders with vendors based on demand and inventory levels
- Monitor back-orders and track expected delivery dates to ensure timely fulfillment
- Verify incoming invoices and process goods receipts accurately in SAP
- Create maintain and update spare parts material records in SAP
- Manage stock through product life cycles product introduction support periods and planned end of life minimizing obsolescence.
- Create purchase orders in SAP and maintain related procurement data (pricing safety stock levels and alternatives)
- Inform customers on time about back-orders and ETAs
- Keep the Service Manager and team informed about the most urgent backorders and their estimated time of arrival (ETA)
- Perform regular (weekly) follow-up on backorders to ensure availability and service levels are met
- Ensure timely delivery of spare parts to meet service requirements (within defined SLA of 5 working days)
What You Need to Be Successful:
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or a related field
- Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English
- Strong technical affinity and basic understanding of electronics
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to follow company policies and relevant local regulations
Bonus Points if You Have:
- German and/or Dutch language skills
- Education in a related field
- Prior experience working in cross-functional international teams
- Experience in the electronics or audio industry
