Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment administration including job postings and interview scheduling.

  • Support the development of consistently outstanding quality in HR procedures.

  • Work alongside the Business Manager to maintain high academic and professional expectations.

  • Use a proactive approach to ensure all staff files and contracts are up to date.

  • Participate in a strong culture of collaborative planning within the school office.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in high-level administration or human resources.

  • High standards of professional presentation and punctuality.

  • Strong communication skills and a professional manner.

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
