Were hiring a Product Designer (B2C) to elevate the core learning experience on TryHackMe.

Youll design the systems that guide users from beginner to certified - shaping certifications progression assessments and the underlying platform experience.

Your work will define how millions of people experience learning cybersecurity.

The Role

Youll partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers across:

  • Certifications

  • Platform / Core Experience

  • Broader B2C initiatives where needed

Your mission:

Design intuitive scalable learning experiences that guide users from beginner to job-ready.

You will:

  • Design new product initiatives such as future certifications.

  • Improve certification experiences (clarity flow assessment UX feedback loops)

  • Simplify complex technical workflows

  • Improve the core product experience used daily by millions of learners.

  • Collaborate closely with engineers to solve user problems.

  • Balance user needs with long-term platform scalability

This role requires comfort working on deeper product problems - not just surface UI polish.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 3 years designing consumer web or app products

  • Have designed complex workflows (education SaaS tooling dashboards etc.)

  • Think in outcomes not just screens

  • Care deeply about clarity and user experience

  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and foundational product work

  • Can lead discovery and define problems clearly

  • Use both qualitative research and product data to guide decisions

  • Can defend trade-offs thoughtfully

Nice to have:

  • Experience in learning platforms or certification products

  • Experience improving multi-step workflows

  • Experience contributing to or building design systems
