A Good Ofsted-rated secondary school in Lambeth (ages 1118) is looking to appoint a passionate English Teacher (ECT) to join their supportive English Department.

The Role
As an English ECT you will:
Deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Teach both English Language and Literature.
Support the department in developing creative teaching strategies.
Participate in extracurricular activities such as reading clubs or school productions.
Receive ongoing guidance and training during your ECT induction.
Requirements
Completing PGCE or equivalent with QTS.
Strong subject knowledge in English.
Passion for developing literacy and communication skills in students.
Strong classroom management and organisation skills.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
