Job Summary
An academic and high-performing secondary school in Halifax is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join its successful department from April.

The Role
The successful candidate will teach Science across KS3 & KS4 with the opportunity to deliver a specialist subject at KS5 depending on experience (Biology Chemistry or Physics).
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging and academically rigorous Science lessons
Preparing students effectively for GCSE examinations
Encouraging curiosity analytical thinking and practical investigation
Monitoring student progress and supporting strong academic outcomes
Contributing to curriculum development within the Science department
