What theyre looking for
Solid experience building and shipping products end-to-end
Strong skills in modern frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend development (Python/)
Solid understanding of software design principles and writing scalable performant code
Product mindset you balance speed with long-term thinking and make well-reasoned decisions
Collaborative spirit you thrive in cross-functional teams with product design data and ML
What youll do
In one sentence: Build the core Alva experience and take it to the next level.
Design build and maintain features across the stack frontend backend and infrastructure
Take ownership of features end-to-end: from technical design to implementation deployment and iteration
Collaborate closely with data scientists designers ML engineers and product managers to turn ideas into intuitive product experiences
Drive projects through the full lifecycle: planning shipping learning and improving
Tech Stack

Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform Kubernetes and various LLM providers
