Role Overview

As a Frontend Engineer at ClearGrid youll be a founding builder tasked with architecting the modern React-based interfaces that define our debt resolution platform. You will bridge the gap between complex UI/UX designs and high-performance code using Redux and modern state management to create the seamless data-driven workflows that will replace the industrys legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain responsive and high-quality user interfaces using .

• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean efficient and maintainable frontend code.

• Build reusable React components and maintain a scalable frontend architecture.

• Optimize applications to ensure high performance speed and scalability across different devices and browsers.

• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement responsive layouts for desktop tablet and mobile devices.

• Write clean well-structured and well-documented code following modern development standards.

• Work closely with product managers designers and backend developers to implement new features and improvements.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality frontend development practices.

• Identify troubleshoot and resolve UI issues bugs and performance problems.

• Implement and manage application state using modern state management solutions such as Redux or Context API.

• Maintain and improve Redux stores reducers and actions to support scalable application architecture.

• Ensure efficient data flow and state updates across components in complex React applications.

• Collaborate with backend teams to handle API data management and application state synchronization.

• Stay updated with modern frontend technologies tools and best practices.

• 3 years of experience in frontend development.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 and CSS3.

• Hands-on experience building applications using .

• Familiarity with React Hooks and component-based architecture.

• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux Redux Toolkit Context API or similar libraries.

• Strong understanding of Redux concepts including actions reducers store and middleware.

• Experience handling global application state and complex data flows in React applications.

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

• Proficiency with Git version control and standard development workflows.

• Good understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
