About the Opportunity
Work Life Group (WLG) has been consistently supporting mission-critical prestigious intergovernmental defense projects within the NATO framework. As our projects continue to grow and evolve we are looking for elite talent to join our ongoing operations as independent contractors.

General Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in the defense aerospace or large-scale governmental sectors.
Communication: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Nationality: Must hold citizenship of a NATO member nation.
Clearance: Possession of an active NATO Secret (or National Secret) security clearance is highly desirable and often required for most roles.
Status: Ability to work under a contractor/freelance business model.
Primary Locations
While many of our projects are centered in Brussels (BE) and The Hague (NL) we frequently have requirements in Mons (BE) Oeiras (PT) and other NATO sites. Hybrid or remote options may be available depending on the specific project security requirements.
