Responsibilities:
Assemble and install mechanical and hydraulic components and machinery
Interpret technical drawings blueprints and schematics accurately
Perform preventive corrective and breakdown maintenance on equipment
Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic faults and carry out timely repairs
Replace damaged or worn-out parts to ensure optimal performance
Ensure precise alignment and proper fitting of mechanical systems
Maintain tools instruments and workshop equipment in excellent working condition
Strictly adhere to safety protocols standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance standards
Requirements
Minimum 34 years of proven experience as a Mechanical or Hydraulic Fitter
ITI qualification in Mechanical or related trade
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
Strong understanding of mechanical systems tools and maintenance practices
Problem-solving mindset with hands-on troubleshooting ability
Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
