Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Testing Engineer at Bevatel to oversee our QA processes. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on testing (Web Mobile Automation) and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

Design comprehensive testing strategies for projects.
Ensure test coverage meets quality standards.
Develop and maintain automated test suites.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Champion quality practices across teams.
Identify and mitigate risks early.
Mentor QA team members.
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements.

Requirements

4 - 6 years of experience.
Advanced skills in automation tools and frameworks.
Ability to develop complex testing strategies including CI/CD integration.
Experience with performance and load testing tools.
Basic understanding of security testing principles.
Lead QA initiatives and influence team practices.
Articulate complex testing concepts.
Proven ability to mentor and guide team members.
