Job Summary
About the Role
In this position you will focus on generating new business while ensuring high-quality service delivery for commercial clients. You will build relationships with customers present service offerings create proposals and close new opportunities. On the operations side you will help coordinate service delivery oversee job quality and occasionally assist with cleaning or restoration services when needed.
This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact while helping expand operations in a growing market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new commercial clients through networking outreach and in-person visits
Present and demonstrate carpet cleaning floor care upholstery cleaning and restoration services
Develop proposals and close new business opportunities
Maintain client relationships and update opportunities in the CRM system
Assist with service delivery including carpet floor upholstery and restoration work when needed
Oversee job execution and ensure services meet company quality standards
Coordinate with technicians and support scheduling and daily operations
Requirements
Qualifications
1 year of experience in the commercial cleaning industry (required)
Sales experience in B2B or service-based environments
Knowledge of carpet cleaning floor care or restoration services
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a small team
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Required Skills:
Qualifications 1 year of experience in the commercial cleaning industry (required). Proven sales experience ideally in a service-based or B2B environment. Strong understanding of cleaning procedures floor care and restoration services. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a small operations team. Excellent communication organization and relationship-building skills. A motivated self-starter attitude with a passion for growth and service excellence.
