Specialist Doctors

A leading healthcare group in Oman, Dynamic Healthstaff, is urgently hiring Specialist Doctors to join our dedicated team. We have immediate openings for the following positions: Specialist Radiologist (Female), Specialist Orthopedics, and Specialist Pediatrics (Indian & Arabic Nationals Preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct specialized medical consultations and treatments

• Analyze diagnostic tests and interpret results

• Perform surgeries or procedures within the specialization

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care

• Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality

Requirements & Skills:

• Specialist level qualification (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent)

• Minimum 3+ years of post-specialization experience

• Valid Dataflow / Oman Prometric (preferred)

• Excellent English communication skills

• Eligible for Oman MOH licensing

• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards patients

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in the relevant specialization

• Experience in handling complex cases or surgeries
