About the Opportunity
On behalf of our international client we are hiring a Front-end Developer to support IT development and maintenance of their stock trading platform. Our client is one of Koreas leading IT companies with presence across USA Japan China and South-East Asia.
As a Front-end Developer you will have the chance to be involved with each stage of different projects to various aspects of software engineering and fostering your career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with remote teams to clarify tasks and requirements.
- Develop new features based on the user requirements (analyzing requirements and system design).
- Fix the reported problems/bugs of the system during integration tests user acceptance tests and maintenance tests.
- Manage time and resources based on the WBS.
- Write high-quality clean elegant maintainable and testable code.
- Maintain and update technical documents.
Requirements
Technical skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 (including SCSS/Tailwind) and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks: ReactJS / NextJS along with experience with state management libraries.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Experience with frontend build tools and dependency management (npm yarn Webpack Vite).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git SVN).
- Familiarity with issue tracking tools (Redmine Jira).
Soft skills:
- Able to communicate in English both written and spoken.
- Ability to write clean maintainable reusable code following best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork; international working experience is preferred.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different technical stacks such as: C Java Python
