JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of the Nexthink suite including Nexthink Workspace Analytics Nexthink Cloud and related components.

Adhering to security best practices in the administration of Nexthink to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of monitoring data.

Working collaboratively with other IT teams to integrate Nexthink with other systems and tools.

Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks.

Utilize automation tools and frameworks to design implement and manage automated workflows across the IT infrastructure.

Streamline repetitive tasks ensuring consistency reliability and scalability through automation.

Lead efforts to identify evaluate and implement automation opportunities within the organization.

Strong documentation skills for recording configurations procedures and issue resolutions.

Proficiency in administering Windows Server and/or desktop operating systems.

Strong SQL skills for database management and data analysis.

Demonstrated ability in solution designing and architecting.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Continuous learning and adaptability to emerging technologies.

Nexthink SME supports the XMO team with his IT expertise and Nexthink Tool knowledge.
